- Do you have any ONE BEDROOM or THREE BEDROOM units?
No, all the units at The Village are two bedroom and either two bath or two and 1/2 baths, depending on the floor plan
- Are your units furnished? Can I bring my own furnishings?
Yes, we will provide furnishings in each unit depending on your need. We offer fully furnished, partially furnished and unfurnished units with their associated monthly rental rates. Or if you and/or your roommates prefer, you can bring your own furnishings.
- Do you allow pets?
Yes, pets are allowed. All residents must comply with the pet policies and provide the necessary pet deposit of $300, $150 of which is non-refundable, and a copy of your pets veterinary papers.
- What services/utilities are included in the rent?
Your rent includes: Water, Trash, Parking, and Basic Cable/Internet. - Do you have six or nine month leases?
No, all of our leases are standard 10 or 12 month leases. The total rental amount for the two are the same, however the monthly rate is higher for a 10 month lease (ex: $975 month/12 months vs. $1170 month/10 months).
- Do you allow sub-leasers?
Yes, sub-leasing is allowed, however: all sub-leasing agreements or arraignments are between you and the sub-leaser. The lease is still binding to the original signatories and the ultimate responsibility for honoring all conditions and any damages are yours. All sub-leasers are required to fill out the same rental application document for credit history and criminal background checks to meet approval. (Sub-leasing is usually easiest when asking through your social circles/organizations)
- How long does it usually take for a work order to get completed?
We have on-site maintenance and management six days a week. Non-emergency maintenance issues are addressed 24-48hrs after we receive the request in written form. If the problem or issue requires a special part or trade license, we contact the necessary supplier/service personnel and notify residents about delivery/service time. All emergency issues are handled immediately regardless of time.
